Newmarket Holidays has released a new brochure covering the 2022 festive season, showcasing a selection of new family itineraries to destinations including Canada, Italy and South Africa – as well as classic Christmas trips to European markets and Lapland.
Designed to tap into pent-up demand for long-distance travel, all-new tours include Christmas in Niagara and Toronto, Christmas Spirit in the Canadian Rockies and New Year on Safari, which visits a private game reserve in South Africa.
The tour operator is also offering up to 10% off bookings on 2022 departures made in April as part of its Reconnect Reimagine Rediscover campaign.
“Following the removal of restrictions, we know our customers are eager to make up for lost time, particularly in relation to the festive season,” said Newmarket Holidays Commercial Sales Manager Richard Forde.
He continued: “The new escorted tours, which have been added to our seasonal program, offer many experiences to create unforgettable memories. We’ve always included our popular Christmas market breaks across Europe and our festive crossings for ocean and river cruises.
According to Forde, the operator’s Swedish Lapland day trips for 2022, which also took place last December, are already nearly sold out.
“Our specially chartered flights from 13 regional airports have transported over 2,500 customers to Lapland each year. We are currently over 80% sold and expecting a selling season,” he added.
