PARIS and BOULDER (CO), May 20, 2022 – 08:00 CEST – SpineGuard (FR0011464452 – ALSGD), an innovative company that deploys its DSG® (Dynamic Surgical Guidance) detection technology to secure and rationalize the placement of bone implants, reminds its shareholders that the General Meeting will be held on Wednesday, June 8, 2022 at 10:00 a.m. at the premises of the Ashurst Paris law firm, located at 18 square Edouard VII, 75009 Paris, and details its terms and its letter to shareholders.

Voting procedures

Shareholders will be able to attend the General Meeting in person or vote remotely, before the General Meeting via the “Votaccess” electronic platform, or by post or by proxy, according to the procedures indicated in the Bulletin of Mandatory Legal Announcements of May 2, 2022.

electronic voting via the “Votaccess” electronic platformwill be available from 09:00 CEST today May 20. If your broker or bank is a member of Votaccess electronic platform,access is by using the same username and password used to access your broker/bank e-services. The Votaccess e-platform will close on Tuesday,

June 7 at 3:00 p.m. CEST.

The possibility of voting or giving proxy by correspondence will end on June 3, 2022 (end of deadline for receipt of voting forms).
