LINCOLN SQUARE – A pop-up market arrives at the Ainslie Arts Plaza from Saturday.

The new Craftsmen and Manufacturers Market hosted by the Lincoln Square Ravenswood Chamber of Commerce will feature a rotating selection of local artists and makers selling a variety of select items.

The market is open from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. and will take place every other Saturday from this week until August 21. Admission is free and beer and wine will be available for purchase.

The plaza opened last year in the triangle-shaped block that is just east of McDonald’s at 4844 N. Lincoln Ave. to help strengthen a neglected stretch of the North Lincoln Avenue Commercial Corridor.
